I can't find this trait in in-game faction customization or leader customization. Where can I find it? Is it hidden?

I understand that the first time my Sovereign settle a city, a "Kingdom Arise" screen should show up. It never happen to me. The text and sound were running, but the graphic was not showing (see screenshot). This also happen when I enter Wildlands. But intro video, diplo screen, kingdom overview and winning screen (at least, Spell of Making win) are okay. I often sacrifice essence for materials, forests or riverside. While 1 essence can boost material by casting Enchanted Hammer, forests and riverside provide more bonus, imho.
So, no bonus on Strength or trait? That is too bad :(
Do you have a functional Crystal mine? I could not train mages too in my previous game, until I has hooked up a Crystal mine and has gained Crystal income. After that, the Mage was available.
I noticed that plenty of high level battle spells are requiring casting time of 1 or 2. I have difficulties in casting these spells because enemy archers shot my mage (and disrupting the casting), or enemy fast-movers crossing battlefield in one move, etc. The most frustrating part is, in my battle against Air Elemental Lords, my attack on them did not disrupting their casting time! So, what is the strategy of casting high level spells? Or, would it be better if there is no casting ti
On diplomatic screen, if I want to adjust the number of gildar/whatever from other kingdom, it blocks the value of the item (bottom right screen). Granted, I can adjust this based on the reaction of the other leader, but it will be nice if the value number (bottom right) is always visible.

Yeah, I think the function to change link to another city is important. At the moment, I have two heavily linked cities (my capital and former Resoln capital) while I have another city idle (with high production!) :(
Is there some ways for players to : 1) move the capital to another city 2) move the city linked to an outpost (and its resources) to another city? I guess this is a bug : When capturing a city with one building per factions building (Palace etc), the buildings are not destroyed. I conquered the Resoln capital, and I get its Palace. Then, I conquered its new capital, and also got its Palace. I have two cities with Palaces now.

Ah, thank you! The mage was showing up suddenly when I controlled a crystal mine. Maybe it was hardcoded that way. I still hope that the pedia contains all empire and kingdoms unit. Also better link in each page, please (for example, clicking Dock's icon in Pier's page does not bring me to Dock's page).
