The first thing that fell into my mind, was the Alienware stuff by TSF, only better. A black wb (inverse of the shot here ) would be my fav. I think it's hard on the eyes to use a white skin over time, - to tell the truth, I almost always use the darker skin on a daily basis. Pop-Up Stopper Pro by Panicware, is one I have experienced block the IE from running.
Some popup-blockers can cause the problem.
