I thought the ships helped things out a bit. I am hoping they bring them back in the next installment, as I do so enjoy naval combat and marine landings

[e digicons]:ninja:[/e] I know that it was a bit over the top, but if you looked at it other things balanced out better, like the random events, and some animations were smoother. And as far as 1.4 goes, did you not see my lamentation over the MASSIVE glitches it is doing for me? It is the reason I have now had to quit playing the game entirely....simply because I have found no way to fix them

Eh, the rage is because this last update has rendered my copy of Elemental unplayable due to the glitches....and Steam and Impulse have rendered 6 games unplayable, thanks to the mandatory updates, it drives my patience and sense of humor for this kind of stuff low. Though I wish I could be optimistic....like you [e digicons]X|[/e]

I am just plain sick of download clients. YOU HAVE TO BE CONNECTED TO INSTALL OR PLAY. I BOUGHT THE FUCKING GAME AND I HAVE THE RIGHTS TO THE COPY! WHY DO I NEED TO BE CONNECTED TO INSTALL IT OR PLAY IT?????? I am SERIOUSLY thinking about NEVER buying another computer game again (new ones that is) simply because of THAT BULLSHIT

I guess I was one of the few people that missed the feature as well, kind of reminded me of Civ 3 when they still showed the citizens. (Version 1.12 got rid of that and made them boring ghost towns) I do hope it comes back though, along with some of the other features. (AND A FIXING OF ALL THE FUCKING GLITCHES IN 1.4!!!!!!!!!)

I thought the game was at its best in 1.3.....this 1.4 has been so buggy I would just wait for the next installment (which sucks cause I love this game so much)

I updated from 1.3, and had the same issue. So the first time I DID uninstall and reinstall using Impulse....then nothing, it is still happening (Plus doing that made me lose my custom character and Faction which sucked) Any other ideas? Okay, this update has totally screwed up my game. 1. Some buildings no longer build and are "stuck" in the building tab, not being built 2. My unit costs are now all messed up, and some units are only allowed to train on experianced not normal (or stuck on group setting) 3. All units minus Peasant, Pioneer, and Caravan WILL NOT train at all (and the costs and such are STILL WRONG) 4. I have NO cu
