the mod looks very good. Will try it with vanila Sins. Is it intentional that the Psi dreadnought has only 220 starting hull points?

Hello all, I'm just starting with SoaSE and thought this would be a good mod for it. Just that filefront tells me the file ( The Sins Optimization Project OS ) is not available or being processed ??? Any hints what is going on? Thank you.
