I've tried using the map editor and usually nothing happens after I try to put something down, like additional land, a river or anything for that matter. I have to madly click on a square to get it to work. Is this a known issue or am I doing something terribly wrong? EDIT: NVM, I got it to work now by waiting a little while after I right clicked.

I read from the dev diaries that the Sovereign is supposed to give the Kingdom some benefits if you leave him in the capital. I just put my sovereign into my capital and checked the growth, production etc and it hadn't changed at all. Was this feature scrapped at some point?
