I attacked a minor kingdom to test it out, fought a giant spider and of course my sovereign and his two summons were destroyed. I saw the death fly back animation for all units involved and then my game froze. It has an attack rating of 0 (zero) though also with no weapon displayed in the equipment list. Right now I use them as naked meat shields haha. </p

Alt-tabbed out of game after loading a save (load process was completed) to file a bug report on this forum. When I alt-tabbed back in after about 20 minutes, I had a black screen with a box that had popped up saying "DX Error: Invalid Call". After I clicked OK it killed the game and sent me back to my desktop. The crash did not generate a memory dump, but is indicated in the Debug.err. I built the War College awhile back in the city of Eishir. I didn't get around to attempt to creating any Royal Knights for a while, I forgot about them. I decided I was going to try some invading, so I figured these would be powerful units. I went to build them but I could only get them as is and I could not upgrade their equipment (from no equipment). I tried going into the design menu but the unit was not listed there. Hopefully I'm not just missing some easily changed option here or somet

I'm not 100% sure (was the first of many games I played after downloading the beta). Since it was turn 9 I'm thinking probably not, as I don't think I had built any material producing facilities yet at the time. I did notice later on when I had multiple resources and I used up one, the indicator was stretched out further with any empty space that potentially could have been where the resource was.

I'm not reporting on the issue due to the memory editing. Do you guys think we shouldn't be able to delete a custom faction aside from that? Besides, I'm not the OP...anyway, don't tell me none of you have never wanted to try out a super Faction :D

FWIW, my Refugee camps build perfectly fine. I have never had access to the Lost Library as of yet though. I have this kind of error with garden's after the first one is built in my first city though.

It would be cool if say you capture a minor faction, you can utilize them as your own, producing units etc., but if you don't station units there theres a chance they can rebel. You could consider this the "allegiance" percentage that was in SINS. Another option would be that they would pay tribute or something if captured, but you don't have direct control of their city. You would have to station units etc., to ensure that they don't rebel.
