1. Get rid of the store altogether. It does't make sense that I'm going to this store to buy uber equipment. I'm the damned King. Where did they get it from? I had to research it now they're selling it to me? Doesn't make sense. Items should be something you create with metal / magic crystals. Equipment for heroes should suffer the same restrictions as equipment for troops.
Not only that, but I hate the store for

I've never completely revealed the map in any game I've played yet. I came close once(when I made the effort) but generally, when I win, it ends with about 40% of the map uncovered because of the starting places of the AI and myself.

Dominions 3 would be my favorite game by far if it actually allowed you to fight the battles 'live'. There something more gratifying about pushing a button and watching your caster throw that lightning bolt, rather than plotting out his actions ahead of time and watching the battle after its over and done with. I realize this wouldn't be practical with their huge pbem crowd and some of the battles would be outrageously long, but it would be my number one played game if it did.

Yeah, quicker combat animation and actions would be a good thing, especially after what I just experienced. My stack had just taken an enemy city, and on the very next turn he hit me with 9 stacks in succession, when the last one was defeated, I had a very rare(for me) CTD. The 9 attacks took about 50 minutes to resolve, so I was annoyed enough to hazard the auto combat after reloading rather than fight it out again. Lost my second best caster and one catapult, so within my exceptable c
