Anyone else experiencing the titlebars of windows apps like windows update and settings app titlebars not getting skinned at random?

When I open the settings app the titlebar doesn't get skinned this happens randomly

Installing skins from within windowblinds app was failing because I had controlled folder access enabled in windows security...disabling it now wb works

never happens here so I'm guessing it's the skin, I was wondering if anyone has issues with the skin if you sigh out and back in 2 or 3 times

I unisalled wb11 via control panel windows11 latest build I made shore all registry entries were gone and and left over folder deleted. Tried to reinstall WB and it hangs at installing wbload2.dll

When I load the windows 11 settings app the titlebar isn't skinned unless I minimize the window and then bring it up on the screen. I download skins via the windblind app and it says apply but the skin doesn't appear nor is it listed under the skins section and last but not least when I double click a wba it won't install the theme nothing happens. uninstall/reinstall wb11? oh and I almost forgot revo uninstaller goes bats**t crazy unless added to the ignore list. oh one other thing how
