I have Windows XP Home Editon. I have WB version 3.51. I am a level 4 here, but I can't seem to get the latest WB version to install correctly for some reason, and have emailed Stardock Support twice. They have never emailed me back to help me. I paid for it all 2 months ago. .... Any ideas???

Brad, I hope everything works out. I enjoy this site and it's skins alot. But, I have problems of my own here. About a month ago, I purchased Object Desktop and a subscription to Wincustomize because I enjoy it so much I thought it was about time I contributed, plus I wanted the enhanced version. Well.. it must be me becuase I still can't get it to work. I downloaded the Aplha OS one too... same problem. Can someone please tell me step by step how to configure these for the correct zip and time in my area?

I downloaded Brad's animated weather file for Desktop X.... I think... but I can't seem to get it configured to work this my area. I tried typing in several different zips for this area, but it stays for Livonia, MI for some reason. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

I have downloaded this 3 times and I get an error message everytime I try to install it that the file is corrupt and that there is no personality file... whatever that is. I tried downloading it by rt clicking it and I tried by just clicking the download, but both ways I got that error. Will someone please tell me how they got it to install?

Well.. its still messed up. I am wondering if I should just uninstall WindowBlinds and redownload it? I hate to because I will lose all the skins I have accumulated.... but at this point I don't know what else to do. I mean it won't hurt anything other than losing them all will it?

I have cross referenced several times today whe I was trying to figure this mess out... maybe I shouldn't have. I did find out that I am a level 4 user. I have MSN messenger but not icq. It gets worse... This evening I subscribed to Wincustomize and downloaded the browser and the tray thingy. I installed them by clicking the links that I received in an email. But when I tried to used them, It wouldn't let me and I got an error message the my subscription has expired???? What the heck is going on???
