uberfix is going to be automaticly updated/downloaded and installed its a priority so there will be no need for demanding people to download it through my launcher they wont be able to stop it from being downloaded/installed unless they dont use my launcher and so will other important mods anything deamed necessary for demigod to function properly will automaticly be installed/update to the lastest version ..

All mods will be updated via FTP and every modder will have access to the FTP with only rights to the mods they have made...
I decided to eliminate the use of html because I don't want people getting hacked (ie someone using a browser vulnerability to infect there pc) and decided to just make a lil GUI that will access text file with all the info..and display it like so: above the "info" box you will be able to have a image for the mod displayed
well ive been working on this non stop for 2 days now.. and of course moderators on the forums / officials will have the access to update the news section of the launcher with tourney info/updates on demigod ect.....
lol you will just open this instead of demigod... wait for it to update/check for updates, then the "Play" button will become enabled and you just click "Play" and it will start demigod... and if you choose to you can install/uninstall/disable/update mods before you start it...
I was thinking something like this : What it would do is when opened would automaticly download and install the newest "uberfix" and other bug fixes along with other things which can be discussed... The "News" tab would have tournament info/Update info... The "Installed Mods" tab obviously will sh
well theres already images up(Cant you see them?) I wondering you guys liked that style... or would rather have something like a GPG net client... or just a launcher(you know how theres a launcher for World of Warcraft) I could do that and just have it automaticly download critical bug fix mods,and have a tab to download other mods...
So is anyone interested?
Hmm... I just thaught of an idea... We could make it a launcher type application..and on execution check for updates on mods and ask the user if they want them to install (could also have a auto update feature) If you guys have Idea's I'd be willing to try and impliment them into the app.
well its pretty much completely coded....only needs a few things... it wouldn't be a waste of much time to finish it
I think I might start work on this... I just got done coding a poker bot... and im ready to start a new project / revive an old one..would anyone like to see this completed?
