Thanks Kendo, I think I understand the only thing I'm wondering is I know the freewares are the same as the DX Runtime but they are registerd in Impulse ie Vista Logon and MyColors so I'm not clear on why that is? I do appreciate your response. Thanks.

Ok maybe someone can tell me what's up, I bought the DesktopX Runtime CLient and downloaded it, used the key number given to my by Stardock and installed it. When I go to add new installs on Impulse on my system I was able to add everything including the free apps with keys but Impulse keeps telling me that the key for the DesktopX Runtime Client 3 is an invalid key and will only accept keys given by Stardock. I bought the ware from Stardock, Stardock gave me the key and now Impulse tell
I just bought the Run Time Client and Impulse won't recognize the registration, when I try to add it as one of my apps it gives me an invalid registration error. So far it doens't look to different than the free version but after some use I'll know more. I guess I'll contact Stardock support and see what's up.
Thanks PDJ, I thought about what you said and I took a closer look, both apps are named exactly the same ThemeMgr. so you are correct. Oh well I'm going to have to decide what to do about this. Hello to all, I recently downloaded MyColors and love it I also am using Bootskin, DesktopX, and LogonStudio. Up until now I was using Alienguise, that i like very much, which I understand is based on MyColors technology. After installing MyColors and using it I wanted to go back to one of my ALienGUise themes and found that AG no longer functions, all I get is an error with the apps name and a big red x with question marks in a row. Does anyone know of a fix for this or a way to import the A
