I think the person meant $100k for 1 demigod. I would like to pay $3 and come out in pairs.

I had this problem trying to play 3v3 game with 6 arranged people. I got "no text" and game froze twice. Then somehow it fix itself when the same 6 of us played a 4v4 (8people) game after the 2 crash. Not sure what the fix was. I didn't delete any game.pref.
I had fun playing a 5v5 custom game tonight with not much lag. I agree with all 3 of your points.
local Target and Bestbuys would have sales in the ad on games where it is the same price as msrp.
Demigod in top 10 NPD for May, second month in a row. rank #8, not bad at all. It was rank #7 in April. http://pc.ign.com/articles/994/994252p1.html
it looks like everyone got the same coupon code, so it's unlimited use...
Yes I will. It depends on the games mostly. I'm not interested in gal civ, sins, or elemental. I realize they would have more control of the game if they developed it. If they were to publish demigod 2, I'll buy it right away.
What did WoW end up becoming? a grind fest? boring? monthly fee? Althought I have quit WoW, I still like the game and enjoyed all the time I spent on it.
I haven't seen any afkers. I would think it's a waste of time to afk just to grind favor items.
That's very good news indeed. good work.
yea, i hope they fix this soon too.
I think it is a normal case of pointer fingers and blaming the problem on someone else so it won't ruin one's reputation.
Not only is it expensive, it seems to take a long time to make a demigod. I think we'll get 2 more demigods for the year and that's about it. Expecting anymore for this year would be a disappointment. I would guess an expansion pack will come out next year that includes another 4. Everyone should still be able to play together regardless if they bought the expansion pack or not. So how about a yearly expansion pack with 4 demigods. Sorta l
Demigod is a pretty good rts by Stardock and Gas powered games. www.demigodthegame.com
Is random demigod selection in 1.1? I remember it was planned or something. Hope it's still high priority.
I think it's the type of game Demigod/dota is that makes these mean people. In other games like warcraft or call of duty, I don't care if you are novice and trying out things. But in demigod, someone who's not doing the right thing will feed and ruin the experience of the game. I don't care if you die 100 times in Halo3, but just dying 3 times in demigod in the beginning is pretty much game over.
Pantheon is currently set to 4 player limit so 2v2 is the highest you get.
I bought a toshiba zm-82 2.20ghz ATI 3650 $699 on newegg similar to this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834115546 I would have bought a 9600m laptop but the ati3650 was $50 cheaper. The laptop you linked should run demigod fine.
Dawn of War2 uses Windows live. It works well.
In this interview http://www.joystiq.com/2009/06/09/interview-chris-taylor-on-supreme-commander-2-publisher-square/ they hinted at using steam or windows live
There's a new interview with Chris Taylor here at joystiq: http://www.joystiq.com/2009/06/09/interview-chris-taylor-on-supreme-commander-2-publisher-square It hints at using steam with microsoft live like DoW2. Definitely won't be gpgnet like supcom1.
Starcraft2 will more likely be demigods downfall.
Sadly it's the people who have negative simspeed who have no clue on what kind of computer they have. They just expect to be able play. Then there's people who get negative simspeed on Brother's map and say I had simspeed of 5 last game. Finally the ones that say I have a QuadCore, no way I'm getting negative simspeed. Oh yes you are, look at the scoreboard! Their simspeed jumps from 3 to -1 every few seconds.
Here are some tips that I use to avoid premade: 1. Host your own custom game. premades are less likely to join other people's game. 2. Join the game and be on the same team as the host. You'll atleast be on the premade's team if there was one. Things to avoid: 1. The host tells to you move down to the other team. 2. When you just join a game, the host is on the bottom team with another player.
If I were to bet, I'm going to bet it would stay the same. The current size community, people playing online, isn't large enough. I think it needs to grow but I don't see how Stardock can fix the never ending network issue. Atleast not within the next 3 months. Yes I would bet my money on it not getting fix for 99% bulletproof multiplayer like other games. I would like to be proven wrong so I can eat whatever. So people will slowly fade away, yet
