I like this idea too! [e digicons][/e] so, here are kitty for you! [e digicons]:meow:[/e] In addition, or as an alternative, you could allow passive bonuses. Maybe more prestige around the country, or an army buff (so that your military is not penalized by removing what may be one of their better soldiers). But again, i like the idea.

Can we see some of this addressed in 1.3 (or 1.4)? Also, I know there was mention of being able to look at every dynasty's Tree, could we get that too, or at least one big tree that includes every team? Please? .... Pretty please? [e digicons]:meow:[/e]
Yup.
Could you let us know which ones you used then?
I would strongly suggest you just stick the with main missions and get through it at painlessly as possible. Talk with your party members between missions and do the subquests on the main planets of course, but I'd skip the side planet stuff. You won't miss anything except some boring Mako sequences and more loot that you won't need. Being at max level at the end of ME1 doesn't drastically improve you in ME2, and your
Very true and well said, chief. I think the fault here lays in the fact that most app and game makers aren't taking advantage of what the newer machines and hardware can do. Only the newest of programs and apps are even taking advantage of multi-threading and using all the cores available to them. For most casual users the true power of the newest hardware is going to waste, both in terms of normal CPU's and Gfx Processors. That was part of my reaso
I know it's sort of a dumb request, but do you have any pictures of the various buildings available?
I've been playing for about a day now, and I understand what everyone's saying about the story being more important to the game than the gameplay. Unfortunately for me, I'm absolutely compulsive about listening to every dialog, even though it's not my primary interest in the game. I think that I'm going to enjoy ME2 more than ME1, but I'm not unhappy with my decision to devote howevermany hours of my life to ME1 (especially for only $5).
i think the problem this highlights is that games are more about shooting lots of bullets really fast and being a winner. there's no strategy, no risk of having to play over and over, and thus no replay value or challenge. (for non-shooters assume the argument is metaphorical).
oh yeah ME 2 regenerative health ME 1 Health packs (or regen w/ the correct armor, upgrades, skill and/or achievement)
ME 1 has more RPG elements. longer missions (better side missions), more items more exploration and the conversations seem to have more effect. You can also gain more levels and there are more options in character skills and powers - it is not unending like the elderscrolls, so at some point you can't just level and level and level everything end seventually and you're only option is to complete the game.. However, there are fewer characters. ME 1 does have some probl

I only really seem to have oom problems late in the game, but i always play on huge (or bigger) maps and usually with a full docket of opponents.
I, for one, welcome the new lord of terror [e digicons][/e] (but lest the old lord of terror return and smite me in his wrath i will mourn him appropriately) [e digicons]^_^'[/e]
credentials: i'm not exactly a gamer, in fact i'm really bad. I avoid playing online because I have no clue what i'm doing and my twitch reflexes make any RTS a bad idea. The only FPS i can beat are the ones that are predictable enough that i can kite the whole game - though in single player that's pretty much all of them). statement: E:WoM is n00b friendly as long as you are willing to do 2 things. 1-lose. it's life, even dan gable didn't win them all, you shouldn't either. h
It's there for the people that write their own stories in their mind as they play. That love explaining to themselves how an Ironeer has grown up to lead the Trogs into an age of prosperity or how a Quendar ended up founding a vast Armerian kingdom. It's for those of us who (in fits of less than social creativity) begin talking to ourselves through the characters on the screen and imagining what life is like in the world we have built. In short, it's for those that think of rol

Or you could set up a system where cites beginning with T are tech, A archan and G gildar and then expand the letter set in whatever fashion you find most easy to remember.
I agree with this, it's a small thing but it's constantly showing up and annoys me each time. I love the idea of creating pseudo-random names from a list or index of parts of a name, just like efarias explained above.
One problem with this: I'm playing a big map. I have about 20 cites, 4 kids, each with 4 of their own and one more below that (23 people in the dynasty so far, not counting spouses). There
Grammatical rules? Three vowels in a row does happen ie: Aeon, Lieu, or (if you're only talking of names) Louis (come on, that was easy). I think the problem is when you get something like Zoooxootui. Some sounds just aren't that common it might be better to simply adjust the frequency with which certain letters appear. Of course, then you might miss out on cool names like Uluru. Three consonants in a row is also problematic because some sounds are made wi
Don't ever wake up. (given an infinite amount of time he will appear and say yes)
I think they need to get rid of the magic. also, make it sci-fi. and then restrict one's actions to only three people for any quest. it will help to make the quest linear and simplify the leveling up so we don't have to make as many choices too. finally, remove the diversity of items and enemies and make it a 3rd person shooter. oh, and then spend way to much advertising it.
I've seen this too, but it only seems to occur if I try to send a unit to a tile outside of their current range, it never happens when I move tile by tile.
Unless it's crashing the game I hope they don't fix it, more variability for those of us who are smart, and a bit of a boost for those like me. [e digicons]X|[/e]
