I don't know what the designer was thinking, but it's not possible to have your taskbar at the top of your screen with either of these themes, as the User Icon is forcefully clicked whenever you click the Start button. This is because the User Icon has been moved to the left side of the start panel, overlapping the Start button. Please keep the User Icon away from the Start button!

There is a severe problem with this skin's start menu design on Vista. I have my taskbar on the top of my screen. When I click the Start button, the User Picture appears RIGHT on top of the start button and is clicked, forcing me to open the User Accounts section of the Control panel. Please move the user icon to the right hand side of the start panel.
You're.... you're not supposed to review your own creations. This is like Microsoft reviewing Windows Vista.

My suggestion is to offer all high karma rewards for purchase with real money, then. Surely showering Stardock with money is good karma.
In a forum dedicated to artistic expression, to breaking the mould, a Karma system is counter-productive because it enforces conformity only. Conform and you are rewarded by the popular ones. Break that mould and you are shunned. I fail to see how Art and conformity can coexist.

This is a terrible idea. The forums are already a mess of people who are afraid to see or hear truth. Encouraging their browbeating of anyone with a differing opinion only reduces the amount of real content and replaces it with more "no child left behind" garbage.

Morpheus: Calling this a collection of work by other people is harsh, if not slanderous. Stardock does not steal code. And placing several scattered features into a convenient location is a good thing. They DO offer a free version. If you'd rather use several different freeware programs, by all means. And no, I'm not affiliated with Stardock.
Stardock Central requires that I have ODNT, which I let lapse. I was looking for a changelog easily accessible right from the application's own website to help me [B]decide if I should renew ODNT[/B]. Do you not see how such a thing is something people need instant access to, without having to install an application in order to get to it? Put it on the website!
Those are not release notes.
I saw someone else ask for a changelog (release notes) in the forum, but he was referred to this news post, which is not a changelog. It is an abstract bullet list of major features, not a comprehensive list of changes throughout each subversion. People look for such a thing to know which releases are important for them to get, to know if they ought to be purchasing it for a bug fix that has annoyed them. This applies to any software product.
Please post a changelog in an easily accessible location without having to download the application to get to it. I looked on the application's website. Adding it to the menu bar on the left is an ideal location.
Let me get this straight: Enhanced means normal and Free means crippled.
