I want a really good ingame clan system, probaly because a good ingame clan system can make such a huge difference and I'd personally love to see it. It'd also be nice to have some statistics about the clan itself. Maybe XML information about the clan itself (see ET:QW/AO).

I personally get really thrilled when a company runs it own IRC server :-) And especially when they're not running the generic Anope+Unreal setup.
