I'll try again. You HAVE to choose item A if you want an effect its upgrade provides. This means if you ever want that effect, you'll always have item A. Thats limiting.

Words, that lack clear meanings: support. Please define what you mean by support, It could be as simple as mods are fully functional, just with no formal documentation or help from the developers, or mod distribution system etc. Thats what I'm hoping anyway. TBH this is the most crucial issue I am concerned with at the moment.
