Well, I would like to revive the Rook thread and just reinforce that the Tower Rook is probably the best strategy to date. Ive won most of my games with it. And one thing I didn't see mentioned in the posts was that the Rooks towers also can CONNECT with the towers that are protecting your base. And if you have a chain of those fingering into the enemies side of things, your effectively using one of your bases tougher towers to hammer the enemies creeps, demis, and if you really get devious,

No matter how "hard" the AI is, its still a AI and the AI in demigod are prone to suiciding into Human players with relative ease. I can devour them in my sleep. And it wouldn't be that hard to nuke a bunch of them to death with the Torch Bearer, as AI are very good at feeding human players. But
Yeah I play exclusively Rook online and what this Rook player did, while is a nice idea isn't smart since you aren't constricting the enemies warscore or killing them off thus letting them level up with impunity. I usually do the tower pushing build as well with Rook and it usually works, but I usually do it in one of the creep lanes and try to kill any enemy demigod trying to stop me. And cataract defensive areas suck anyways, it would definately be easy to sneak in and steal a porta
Hi guys, just started playing this today really. And I am doing ok in a computer matchup. But the problem im having is im limited to two capital ships, I want to build more but its telling me to research 1 point into Omens of Leadership, but when I have looked at the tech trees in hostility and the logistics one it isn't there it seems. IF someone can tell me where I can research this it would be very much appreciated.
