Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O'Connor has spoken to BBC Radio 4 this morning on an issue regarding the growing tensions in the UK between those with secular and religious beliefs. The full article can be found here . It's a nice jesture, but marred perhaps by blaming secular approaches for the likes of Stalin and Hitler. This comes across as quite ironic really, given the kingdoms forged and wars fought in the name of 'God'.

I watched a really interesting TED presentation from Richard Dawkins the other week, about where we are currently in the realms of sceience and what we're on the verge of uncovering. It was breathtaking and i'd encourge anyone to watch it, even if they find Dawkins a contravertial character as he doesn't go into the whole religion debate.
Shame for Hilliary, i had a lot of respect for her when she tried to Natrionalise your health service and felt sorry for the deplourable way your media reacted, however this time around she deserves no sympathy. Perhaps the treatment of her in the past has made her this bitter, she certainly comes across that way.
I've played Gal Civ for a good while now, it's a fantastic game and second in my opinion only to Civ (and i say that simply because Civ was the first to do this really really fucking well). I've bought Twilight of Arnor but have yet to play it because i've been ridicuously busy in real life, i'll give it a whirl tonight but can i just take a chance to say to the entire stardock team, thanks for all the effort - your past two releases have been a joy to play. I don't get it mate, i used to play Eve for about 4 years infact. I don't understand how they banned you cbecause you used the F word? You must have spammed it continually for a month or something along those lines. Or something really serious because the most you get for swearing repeatdly and insulting someone is a 'Gag', which means you can't talk in local for a bit (or permenantley if your a repeat offender).
