As the title says, I've had trouble with edge scrolling since the very first beta. Aside from the scrolling just going far too slow by default, I invariably have an issue where I move the mouse to the right side of my monitor but the game scrolls to the lower right. Scrolling the screen left, top or bottom of the screen works properly. I've seen this issue reported a few times in this forum but I don't think I've ever seen a response from a dev.
