Loading PNG Images Vertically to Create NWA in Skinning WinCustomize Forums

Hi Thanks in advance for help. I am having trouble finding progs' that will stack frames vertically. To this point I have used Skin Studios frame builder. This is fine, but is anyone aware of applications that will stack frames vertically to use in Skin Studio other than using the frame builder? I assumed this could be done in Photo Shop - and God knows I could be missing something obvious and it is possible and simple.

Mouse Over on Window Frame Buttons Question in Skinning WinCustomize Forums

Help w/ Fonts- Again in SkinStudio Stardock Forums

HI (XP SP3) I really seem to be stuck on font editing issues. I know that the menu and Places text is not editable in XP. But, I am now unable to change the font style for the mouseover state in the start menu Pop Up. I can change the style (type of font and color) in "normal" state but the mouse over is stuck in color (black) and style. Can not change any attribute of the mouseover state. The

Moving Start Panel Icons? in Skinning WinCustomize Forums

Having issues in a couple of areas. Getting my left and right sections to fit is giving me fits. The image below took an embarrassing amount of time to get the two center sections to line up. And as you can see, the All Progs section is not aligned. I am not getting something about the use of the margins/painting options I think. Second, Is there a way to move the Icons on the right and or left sides of the Start Panel? Getting close to smashing

WinCostomize Browser Not Allowing Dl'ds in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

HI. This issue has come and gone for me several times. When trying to download say, an icon set, I receive a "Failed Download" message. After the last WC browser update, I thought the problem was resolved as I did not have any fiurther problems with it for about threee days. Currently I am back to receiving all "Failed" messages. Hoping for some help.
