You can already build roads... Send a caravan between your cities, and a road will appear.

Have you tried setting the type to your internal race ID instead of the DisplayName? If your internal race ID was CustomRace_Draconic the tag would look like this... Race CustomRace_Draconic I've not tested that or anything, just throwing it out there. Let me know if it work

Can anyone let me know if the title is showing up properly in your games? I've had a lot of trouble getting it to show up, it only appears 1 out of every 3 or 4 times I build it. It's driving me nuts, and I'm pretty sure at this point, it's nothing to do with my xml...

I created this because I thought the lack of fishing was sort of silly since fishing has been an important food source since the dawn of man. This adds a fishery to kingdom players that will be available to any coastal town level 2 or above once the kingdom has researched Seafaring.
