I just had Kraxis surrender for no apparent reason. I am playing on hard and have chosen the option to never have the AI surrender. In spite of this and the fact that he had an ample faction power, was only at war with one faction, had many cities, had plenty of resources, he surrendered. It is funny because the faction he was at war with was Resoln and he only went to war with her because her faction power went to about 50 after losing her last city. He was doing a simple cleanup of her rema

Or a nice sound effect? All injuries should play a unique sound that sounds like getting that injury.
Looks enticing. Glad you guys pushed it back to add some polish. Now about that AAR...
Hf, wake up and fix the game for me!!!
I am having some trouble getting my special melee attacks for weapon types to properly use the "AppliesRandomModifier" tag. Does "MeleeAppliesSpell" negate the use of said tag? I did the standard thing where the spell Berserker has 10 game modifiers and 9 are empty. That should be a 10% chance to have the spell do damage, but for some reason it always does damage. Beyond this method, is there any code that can simply make the meleeappliesspell have a modifiable ch
Could you make a BG stat UI that shows all BG stats for debugging purposes?
Sounds like when I used to build buildings from the xml. Very tricky, but fun to say you did.
There was a note in the changelog that said this issue had been fixed. That was .982 as I recall. Maybe report it again?
Does it not show as an active quest?
Tell me about it. Needs a fix.
Nah go for a lady centaur. What could be better than a mount with benefits?
This is your standard reflect damage magic. Been a standard magical ability since forever. The description does need some clarification though. On a modding note, the major advantage of choosing Path of the Warlock in my mod is that you can Charm enemy units and Reflect Damage back on enemies that dare target you.
On the other hand, we could have Stardock invalidate our Stardockian key and give us a Steam key. So if we choose to switch, the old key no longer works. The real problem would be needing to figure out the cost of switching over. If it is a small fee, some people might want to pay it to switch over. I prefer getting my Elemental straight from the source. No need to steam it.
When I want to know if a Sov likes me back, I send a note to one of the other Sovs asking them to ask that Sov. If he does like me back, I pass a note to him in class that asks for an alliance: Do you like me? O Yes O No Want to make an alliance? O Yes O No
Exactly. If Obama, by some stretch of even my imagination, doesn't raise taxes, no firing. If the hotel business starts picking up and taxes are raised, no firing. He is not saying that electing Obama is the why he would fire people. He is saying that he believe electing Obama will cause a bad situation where he can no longer afford to keep all of his employees. It is only a persuasive message if the reader accepts the premise that Obama will make the hotel business worse. If you think he
Civ 5 is the newest game that is like FE the comparison is unavoidable. Personally I blame Frogboy for not working on Civ 5's AI and Jon Shafer for not working on WoM's gameplay. Not that there is any logic to it, other than if they had collaborated, both games would be my favorite of all time.
No. The point is to see whether or not the monsters and factions are acceptable from all levels of difficulty. There are not enough beta testers to divide the chart by difficulty and so we must assume that things are scaling well. So far it looks like an overall positive opinion about monsters. I thought people hated them alot more than this. And we are expected to get non-simultaneous turns in the next update. I think the chart will show that no metascore points are likely to be lost from mo
I know I am holding some stuff back. I am sure they are too.
mmmmmmmmmbump!
Cool. I will have to add 20 more starting locations to larger maps.
Anyone else see the comment about GalCiv3 at the bottom? I bet Stardock is starting to feel like Christopher Walken when someone screams, "More Cowbell!" at him. GalCiv2:TA was great, but the devs needed to move to a new game to expand their talents. GalCiv3 after the Elemental games is alot better than an immediate sequel would ever be. And Walken has done some really great things other than wanting a better drum component to that song.
Okay okay. I just wanted to make sure I had most of the responses before I made the chart. Be up soon.
-1 ends the quest. Switch it to anything else to keep it going. One thing I like to do is have a failed battle loop the objective, so you spawn a whole new goodiehut and have to try again.
Add a condition. Make it a class failure, type battlefnished and have a next objective ID move to a new objective. That objective would be -1 to end the quest and say 6 to move to a new part of the story where you failed but move on in the quest.
Just make sure the wind doesn't blow too hard on your wildings and kill them all. Such a weak unit.
