.... I looked in my universal skin folder where the saved skin is stored and there where some suprising things. For one the taskbarstartbutton image was not the one showing when I opened the skin. a totlay diff image? Two for my taskbar buttons images I named it time.png. I was still named that in the folder? Not right? I dont know. I will make a deal with you. I am ordering that new computer next sunday. I know I said this sunday but Something came up and I needed to spend 200 dollars and now

One more thing? I made a set of desktop shelves(objects) Some people liked so I am going to make update it to look better and Add different colors. I want to make it so when you open the object all of the colors open and you can delete and or duplicate which colors you wish?

I have been trying to make some walls lately and my screen is 1024 768. I just wanted to know what other resolutions I should make so that my walls are more useable by more people. Like just a few? Just so that the images will not be distorted so much.

OH thats A good Idea? Hmmm I may do that? I have Updated the Serenity Sound package. Better sound quality and NO WHITE NOISE! I finally found the trick to removing all of the white noise from sounds that I record. So These sounds are way better that before. I changed Allot of the sounds becuase some where to HIGH pitched and recorded to loud so they didnt sound right. Way better this one but If anyone want the originall I can upload it?

For some reason right click menus are all showing there entried horizontally not veritcaly? No clue there? I have uninstalled and reinstalled still nothing? Next question. I am gettin a new computer. It will have vista. Will I be able to transfer object desktop onto my new pc? And can I have it on both at once?

Oh okay Well what I am woried about is the cursor fx. Everything else workd fine except sometimes when I apply a theme It dont work. It says downloading skins and skips to extract imediatly and then imediatly to apply and does nothing but the wall? But it is not a problem I can just make my own suits from my skins or just download the skind in the theme manualy if they are available and then it would probly work.

Ok COOOOL! That helps allot. Just to make shure that I got it right. I rename the suit file to .zip then i put all of the skins(that thememanager can handel) inside the zip and rename it to.suit. This will allow me to include the cursors upon apply?

Well i know all the names of the event I just dont know when they occur or what the name of the event refers to. Like what is Windows UAC and APPGPfoult? If I cant make sounds for these loccurances because I dont knwo what they refer too? If I just make a sound for it the sound may not fit with the occurance in terms of the time the sound plays? You know what I mean?

I was just wondering if anyone knew where i can go to find out what all the sounds that are available to customize mean. Like What CCselect and APPGP fault? I know most of them but I dont know what the rest are so I never apply sounds to those events? I dont even know if those events happen offten and I am missing out on an opportinity to have a even more complete sound package? Any Ideas Of how to find out. I know It varrys from user to user sometimes but just the ones entered by Windows.

Its not only one button I have tryed many images many kinds and no matter what the button will not show in any of the versions I make. I have started fresh Like 3 times because it is just practice. I can never get the start button to work? I must have to do with a setting or a bug in the program or my old pc. I can just recolor the original one to all green and It still will not show anything but the windows classic start button when I apply it?

Yeah that would be nice because as much as i love sounds sometimes they get annoying? You should be able to toggle by hotkey between sound packager and default sounds?>

It worked! I didnt know that widjets where number of objects that perform different commands put together in one. That is cool. I never knew howcome there wasnt an option in desktop x for creating a widjet. So what I just created was a new widget right? So the controller and widget are now one widget. I get it! Thank you Allot I followed your steps and had allot of trial and error but I got everything figured out. I am just haveing a problem with the start button. It looks exactly like i want in the preview but when I apply it the windows clasic start button shows and After I apply it and then open the applied windows blinds skin(in skinstud) it says that the file is not found or specified (for the start menu? Ok a was trying some randome things and I went into settings and applied dynamic frames then applied simplified the alpha channel? It worked! I guess That part is done but I will have more qustions. Thank you all for you help!

Yeah I have done that Many times It just seems that It isnt working right? The transparency isnt working right is all. I dont know how to fix it? Is it because the skin isnt comlete? I dont have a start menu button imported yet? But even when I do ahve a start button imported with all of the frames in it, the start button doesnt show?
