So, when you have any Folder (a Windows 7 Folder or any other OS Folder) in your Dock you can replace the Original one to one of those Icons in that Package.

Ok, this one you want to download is not an Icon it's a graphic for an ObjectDock. So, you have to open your ObjectDock Program (what Version you have 1.9 or 2.0?). And then you can choose this Graphic to change the look of the Dock.

Not every Dock have a dockzip file. Many Docks have Zip files you have to exctract. Put those Files in the "Backgrounds" Folder in the "Stardock" directory.
