I did what they call a "tempo" run today, Maso. I was supposed to run 6 miles at around a 9:15 pace with 1 mile each of warm up/cool down for a total of 8 miles but...I dunno. Instead I did 4 miles 9:15 and four miles at around a 10:20 pace -I faded BAD. It was exceptionally warm here today plus I ran less than 2 hours after a kinda big lunch so I'm gonna blame it on that! (at least I got my 8 miles in, lol!)
