How do you start an empire? in Metaverse GalCiv2 Forums

So what happens if I want the Universe to bow down to the inevitable acceptance of Nalian might? Can I start my own empire and if so how do I do this? Be aware that one day all shall grovel at my knees, so it is best to begin now. LOL(A deep evil LOL that is.)

Silly Question about metaverse empires in Metaverse GalCiv2 Forums

So i finally started uploading my battle results to the metaverse after a long absense of playing (got sucked into Battlefield) and i was curious about the empires displayed on the map. My account says i don't belong to an empire. How does one become so? Do i simply win enough games to qualify or is there something obvious i'm missing? Thanks in advance...
