if anyone that has WIN 7 64bit please see if it does this on yours . use MS's Magnify to zoom in then click onto the title bar and hold then move the window.. did / does your window disappeared then return when you un-click the Title Bar? I move this one here do to my post was fixed but this one is not yet... and that this was not part of my OP on my post
