Is there anyway to archive just the updated files when downloading the latest version of DA? I want to take home the update, but would rather not burn a DVD again. Thanks in advance!
Nonexistant
So having them sitting around drinking Martini's and discussing Fall Fashion at the spaceport in my homeworld is serving no purpose Thanks for the info!
Go with neither game, MOO3 FTW! That's a whole nother story ... I felt like I could just click next turn and the game played for me ...
Silly question... Do I have to place spy's on planets now just to get information / espionage level up with another civ? In the old game I would just invest in espionage on the Foreign Relations screen. To do the same thing now, do I have to place spies on their buildings? Thanks in advance. Sorry to ask such a question so late, but I have still been playing DL for a while
GC2 8.7 out of 10 DA 9.0 out of 10 and finally ... SE5 6.6 out of 10 pretty much sums it up ... SE5 is loaded with options. GC2 is a very polished product, everything has a purpose. SE5 has poor AI. GC2 is praised for it's great AI. SE5 does offer multiplayer and tactic
Lol, sorry. Good point. I should of left it alone...
Vista seems like nothing but problems at the moment. I wish other OS's would gather enough of a following that game dev's would take them seriously. There is no point in having Windows for anything but games, any other OS does everything better and more reliably. If I could find a way to make GC2, EU3, and Sid Meier's Railroads run on Linux or Solaris, I could say goodbye to M$ forever. Until then I'll just live with XP and all of its shortcomings.
I was trying to change themes and I keep getting told that XCursor or CursorX isn't installed. When I click on the Install button it opens SDC but I cannot find that application anywhere. Am I missing something?
Just got mine too. I assume it won't change anything other then the registration / download. I could be wrong though...
Where can I download the galactopedia? EDIT: nevermind, I just googled it... lol
I did just that and it worked great a few weeks ago
Got mine today as well, Thanks Stardock!
Europa Universalis sounds like a fantastic game. Is II really the best? III sounds very intriguing, and probably easier to get a hold of.
Darn, I forgot today's a holiday. No mail. -HM ... and I was about ready to blame my mail man. I hope it shows up today...
I had a problem like that with Sid Meier's Railroads... Turned out to just be my video drivers, might want to check for updates, not sure if you did already
Cool. Hopefully mine will show up today. If the mail man didn't steal it...
When is Dark Avatar shipping for those of us that had ordered the CD as well? I hope mine didn't get lost in the mail if it has already shipped
9 out of 10 on IGN as well... Gratz
Thanks again Kryo! That should help
Is there any information available on the format of the map files? I see they are XML, and pretty self explanatory. I can try to work on a map editor. No guarantees though, my free time is extremely limited. (darn wife & kids )
Cool. I have the whole thing on a DVD now. Thanks for the prompt assistance. I can't wait to get home and play DA until the cows come home!
Ah, oh well. I need a copy of the disc anyway. Thanks
I may have answered my own question... Is that what the archive feature is for? Hopefully gonna try that now :0
Will it work if I just copy the directories over to my other home PC?
