Evoker I: +50% base spell damage Evoker II: +100% base spell damage Evoker III: +150% base spell damage If this is how it goes, this is how it should be written, imho. Unless I misunderstand how the damage is supposed to scale.

I have to agree. I've played two games of several hundred turns, and one shorter, and my champions are hideously strong. I steamroll the AI completely, and I can disregard the loss of my cities since, provided at least one hero survives, the whole stack survives. This means that lumping all your superior gear into one killer character ensures you can use the others as meatshields while he/she kills the mobs. Getting the few levels needed to become unstoppable is just
Lord Xia +1 and alborelli +1 for being voices of different kinds of reasons and emotions. And what is karma, if not the sum of all actions, of all kinds? :) I look at Fall from Heaven, and I think to myself: "This EWoM/FE thing could really be worth the wait." And then I do other stuff while waiting.
Chaostis solution worked fine for me. 1. Use the "detect application" (in the menu button to the left of explore). 2. In the dropdown boxes: Product Category -> My Games. Product -> Elemental: War of Magic. Click Import. 3. Right click elemental, update it. It will turn into a 9.08MB or so patch because the game will be detected as version 0.00 instead of 1.10. O
I am very much anticipating all the good things FE will, hopefully, bring, but I am also getting a bit apprehensive about Elemental. I would really like to see something more concrete in terms of what is arriving, and when. I know it is bad form to ask for release dates that will probably just be broken, but seriously: Is 1.2 very far away? Does it bring the love? Elemental is shaping up nicely, but if I have to wait until August to see the totally awesome art come toget
Some people may be denser than others, but there is no denying that all the words make this whole thing a little more confusing than it should be. I hope Stardock makes Elemental as fun as they possibly can, and that Fallen Enchantress is also fun. I don't know the difference between the two. I just hope that at least one of them is a fantasy strategy game I can have fun with in the, relatively, near future. Please make the storyline and quests and monsters and heroes and city
I have the exact same problem as OP.
Seeing artists defend people who make vastly more than they do from the "defence" of intellectual property is a little disheartening. She's a brainless, greedy, ignorant fool that deserves the outcome. quoth Jafo That above post is just so ignorant and annoying. I hope you don't work with real people, or live in the real, chaotic world where deals are made and lies are told. You hate a woman because she i
I cannot name a single game in recent years, apart from a few simple platformers, where I have not encountered bugs, glitches and frequent crashes of varying levels of seriousness. The fact that Stardock promised more than they delivered may be true, but this level of criticism (the please go and die as a company kind) is severely over the top. I would assume that any reasoning person would look at the Gamer Bill of Rights and apply the same logic to it as the actualy Bill of Rights.
Absolutely. I'm having a hard time even playing the game atm, with tons of crashes after only a few turns, but since I see that my problems are in the same range as a lot of others I'll test it on every release and share stuff if I find something I haven't seen mentioned tons of times.
Why be aggro about it? It`s annoying, but you read the print when you signed up, right?
