At last I'll be able to change things to what I like. Never found the time before to monkey around with trying to change anything because the instructions (documentation sucked) were hard for an old fart like me to follow. It is my opinion that if that is where the WB skins must be then so be it. BUT then put ALL of the other Stardock program skins there too! OD, CXP, DX, FX, etc., everything should be in the same structure eg C:\Documents and Settings\AllUsers\Documents\Stardock\ThemeManager, C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds, instead of C:\Program Files\Stardock\CursorXP\Themes, C:\Program Files\Stardock\DesktopGadgets\AquariumDesktop2007, C:\Program Files\Stardock\

Why not post that info on the Wincustomize site as well, I was not able to connect with WCB at all over the weekend, uninstalled WCB and reinstalled it before this "Known Issue" was posted.

Well, I got it to load on startup by uninstalling it, installing a backup of last year's model, setting it to run on startup and then installing the new model. But the system settings page is still not uncheckable.

The system settings page in the latest WindowFX 3 (32 bit) (2.89[b].003) beta does not work fully. I can not check the box to have it start with Windows nor can I uncheck the box to show the icon in the tray.

Try this, 1. Open SDC, right click WB4 and archive it. 2. Uninstall WB4 and reboot. 3. Open SDC and install WB5, reboot. 4. Apply the skin you want. That is the procedure I used and it worked for me.

Check your Windows folder to see if it (887742$) is already installed. The article states that the patch was released in Nov. 2004 for XP SP2. It was installed on my system on the 14th of this month, but then so was XP (fresh install, new machine).

The new video driver now allow the game (RH) to load and run BUT when I press escape to quit the game it crashes with a BSOD.

On 3-29-05 I restored an image from 1-19-05 with Desciples II on it, the program worked as it is supposed to (at least it opened and started the movie) so I hit exit. I then updated all of my programs to 3-29-05, now I am back in the same fix. Splash screen opens, click on a game title and it exits back to the same splash screen.
