I can agree that 200$ for the collectors is BS! Ya I like more art books for my case studies but hell no for 200$. If the system was for certain gear you could only get by buy it I can agree with you that not fair ie pay to win. But if I can forge the item on my own, trade for it both in party or on in game currency market, and or find it its fair. All I care about is single player and coop. Just a heads up, Get the mod "Unofficial Patch and Vanilla Enhanced". This mod real does the game justice (with exception to diplomacy ya that is still an eye sore but they did some improvements). You can download it in game mod search or download from their site (they always have a beta going on). This mod is updated like crazy sometimes a few times a week! Ya my youtube box is filling up with Stardock videos. Nice stuff! (moar!) Loved the sov burning and ripping the land apart. Got the "Beware his power!" vibe.

I like ground cover. I usually play around x2 (I don't mind the max setting). I would like a random setting. So basically an area with few resources has lots of ground cover, but I wouldn't mind some areas that have few resources to be barren either.

Brad- I was just thinking after reading your other post on making swords, how about random tech tree/ random starting weapons. You don't know what your first group of warriors weapons are going to be like until you settle your first city. Once you do you find out what your basic starting weapons are, say I get daggers this game and the next spears (you could run the chance of starting with say +1 dagger or a short sword). Other possibilities are you could start out with training (
