I made a Wraith kingdom and a normal unit has 12 hp, if I upgrade the Pilgrim I will have 13hp and if I upgrade the Peasant they will hae 14. And they are obviously a completely different race as the Wraiths too.

I just checked this out, and I'm pretty sure it does nothing.

I think it's a plus .1 to the multiplier. Or it's suppose to be and you probably are not going to see it until you get stacks of units. But I haven't checks to see if it is actually working...

An issue like this has been an issue with the Fallen races as long as I have been playing the game. They use to have 8hp when the other units would have 5hp, and 1 extra attack and 1 less defence.

I'm not much of a fanboy, I'm as likely to praise Stardock and the game as I am to bitch and moan about it's faults.

I actually played about 15 minutes of the game last night and saw a lot of improvements that I was pleased with. Little details that had previously drove me insane, had been fixed. Now, that was a very quick impression, I didn't have much time to play it. I started a new game though. Not sure why you wouldn't to help test, but oh well. I'll play more this weekend and make a mad rant about it later.

Anyone else think it's silly to call this a beta? Just seems to be strange to buy a game, and then 3 months later you are playing a beta.

They are trying and yes it is frustrating if you see the potential of the game. Some times you just need to vent frustrations. So, vent, come back at later date and check the game out. The more you want the game to work well, and have interesting features, the longer the wait seems, so go to another game for awhile and then come back later and maybe it will have improved. I have shelved it for awhile and playing other games. but in the back of my mind, I just hop

Haha, so true. We have kept saying, wait a few months, and a few months have passed, and we say wait a few more months. How long does it take to polish a turd? I'm joking, I don't think the game is a turd, but it does need a lot of work.

I don't know, you could buy Elemental at Walmat for $40 and Impulse was selling it for $50. But I've bought a few games from them, I would prefer to buy all my games from Impulse, but the selection is limited and you can find better prices other places a lot of the time.

I bought Tropico 3 and Alpha Protocol for less than $13 combined the other day on Gamers Gate. I'll check out Impulse and see if they have anything good and cheap.
