I assume you mean for the level limit, it takes only your value, instead of combining them. If so then its probably because the ModType "Resource Storage" is one that increases and isnt a hard value. IE populatio storage would change if you add more houses. So it needs to add up every occurence of "ResourceStorage - Population" , while the "LevelBarrier" Likely is set to only accept 1 value.

Ok, so i just did some testing and here is what ive found out. By creating a new xml file "Gold.xml" and copy/pasting the "NPC_GoldProduction1" ability from "SoverignTalents.xml", it seems that unless you erase the ability from the core files it just adds on. IE first thing i did was just change it from 1$ to 10$, actual gain was 11/turn(1 from core, and 10 from mod). After that i tried messing around with the calculation system and even tried no ValueOwner, since spells were able to use that

BlackRain, that is one of the changes ive tried, unit based strategic mana regen seems to be disabled code side. Changed link, and provided another way to get files. **EDIT** I managed to get it so that Shrines(When built) provide a mana regen increase to their owner. The file is "shrines.xml", found in the link/folder in my post above. IT IS NOT in the rar file. Ive tested this in a quick game and it works

Best fix ive found on forums... and done by me: https://forums.elementalgame.com/392162/page/1/#2732847 Allows for tactical Mana regen for Sov, as well as strategic regen for sov. No issues so far, other then fact i should probably have given a decent cost to the 2 items...

Seems mana regen isnt an actual thing, ive even tried applying the bonus from the tower to a ring, to no effect. HOWEVER I have made these: Included are 3 files, put into the "\My Documents\My Games\Elemental\Items" folder. Included are: Mana Regeneration Potion, costs 60 gold regens 5 mana Mana Ring, Has no effect on Strategic Mana regeneration, however it does provide Tactical mana regeneration. (costs 10 gold) 3r

Changing any of the core files doesnt seem to have an effect, need to put changed files into your "\My Documents\My Games\Elemental" (XP) folder. And probably the proper subfolder too.

I have noticed that it doesnt always seem to force you to the resource screen, ive had it pop me to the building tab, if i was viewing the building tab when i pressed end turn. changed to right city, but didnt change tab.

PurplePaladin, are you remembering that STARDOCK was the publisher, NOT developer for Demigod. As such stardock wasn't in charge of patching it or the MP issues. While Elemental is developed and published by Stardock, which has a habit of doing alot of its games.

Ok, apparently i missed the all users/appdata folder for elemental, and after emptying everything in the "ImpulseReactor" folder and Adding the program files/stardock games/elemental folder to my AV exception list the game now runs. I removed from exception list and the games memory was proper(Ie game starts and is using about 175mb mem, however it freezes on splash screen. When i re add to list game functions properly. Using free version of AVG.

I can't get the game to boot/load up either. I cant even get the game to boot up either, i don't get a launcher, from start menu it just tries to start game, same with directly from elemental folder. The shortcut that was on my desktop was corrupt on reboot, and was acting like an unknown program(Ie asked me to pick a program to open it). Ive had this problem since Beta 4 atleast, The game hasnt gotten past the splash screen, all I get when full screen is my Hd constant

Sometimes my Sov will appear at one location, but the tile he is in, is a few tiles away. I even need to find that tile in order to select him. Ive also had it where combat between an enemy Sov and wolves in my city(left them in a city as guards, from the wolf quest) moved 1/2 a screen away to do the combat animations. Forgot to take screens(and how...), will do if I can.

I reposted the issue, because it seems to be acting different from before the patch, before the patch the Sov would start moving to the manual location, but before getting there/running out of moves, he would start moving to the auto-explore location. Now it completes the manual move, then goes to the auto explore location.

Reproduced the bug by starting a new game> build city>fill land with inns/palace>research full civ/warfare, all building research, minus houses basically>city finally hit level 2, placed farm and waited for it to be built>click building button.
