the first purchase must not have gone through, while i was killing time, i found a lil look up thing i wish i had known about earlier , and it sent me an email without any seriel keys in it, so i placed the order once more and got that page and tried that once more with a seriel key ! the first time i tried to make the order, when i clicked check out I was back at the first page of the transaction.. guessing that it all timed out? but yah, I put the order through again and its all goo

Will try again, just did not want to do dublicate orders, sent there sales team 2 emails to see if it went through and its been a few hours since the first one with no reply, guess i shall try again

thinking i should have done total gaming, its been over an hour and nothing yet O.o, normaly when i place an order online to dl a game it happens within 5 mins..oy over an hour ago sent an email to the sales team and no reply yet?

I placed an order a little bit ago for the game on the star dock website! now am just killing time awaiting for the order to be processed and get the download link! I was a bit suprised, when i placed my order it did not give me an order number or anything, or an email, blah hope i did not screw it up, I guess off to BF2 while I wait

yah, its why i wanted the CE edition, if ya are going to get a game, might as well spend the few extra bucks, support the company and get the little few extra bells and whistles i thought the CE came with the bounus pack regaurdless if it was preordered thanks again for the help tony

as I knew a reply here before stardock nothing against them, I just use to work customer service for a game company before and know how overwhelming it can be at times well thanks tony if I may ask what is the bonus pack?
