Any assistance or even pointing me towards the correct post/knowledge base would be appreciated

The search function doesn't seem to be helping me much but... I am looking at the research tree under magic so that I can figure out how to get certain spells, and mana blast does not seem to be there, how can I get that spell? Also - how can I improve my ability to cast a certain spell school - such as reaching Fire Master if I'm only at apprentice? Finally, what at the methods to pick up schools of magic that I normally don't have any levels in? Tha

And very weak late and mid game as has been said. I think the share idea is great but its effect on the magnitude of the magical effect, in combat, needs to be taken out OR; simply to have go-to spells that are more powerful for specialized wizard-champions. Example: In the midst of a game, if I lose 2 lets say, or my 3 fire shares, which is rare enough that I happen to have 3 shards of the same type, It would have massive effect on my magic

A nuke that is intelligence rather than mana pool based? Mana pool can fluctuate rather quickly and causes for some chaotic effects (first nuke is massive, then geometrically smaller nukes). I really like the idea of an intelligence based spell as it is also rewarding to those intelligence focused heroes and builds well off the Brilliant talent (much like how str affects damage for melee characters). Counterspell says it will interrupt the spell unless it is resisted. Coutnerspell says it is not resistable :)

I am very very much in favour of the Arcane school. Ok - it doesn't have to be a school, maybe put it under generic - but I am immensely enjoying my large map-arcane arrow for 40 points of damage experience- and spell-blast for 23. I very much like specialty/powerful shard dependent spells but I am also a huge fan of intelligence based spells. Wiped machine clean recently. Reinstalled windows 7 and Impulse. Now I can see under registrations the key for Elemental War of Magic, however, it doesnt show up under my games or software or anything. How do I get to do so? Thanks,
