Any news on this fix? I was really enjoying the DA campaign (I am only a few missions in), and it is disappointing not being able to play more of it

It would also be nice if the F keys were toggles - one press opens a screen, a second press of the same key closes it.

I too would like to know if this is still the case for DA. The revised manual no longer mentions the 100% approval bonus that was in the original Dread Lords manual. Also, is there anywhere in-game that displays the current population growth for a planet?
