I've tested it with 4 squad types and 2 command points, and it didn't crash. So as Dolynick thought, duplicating the squadtypes (ie 2 slots of fighters, 2 slots of bombers) fixes the bug... upto 4 command points anyhow. I haven't tried any command points greater than 4 though.
I'm having the same problem. Fences are invisble with no apparant way to make them visable again. XP-Pro SP3, ATI graphics card
TA ver 2.02 (dunno if it's on Dl/DA, would think so though) When one of the races 'dies', any Race-Wide agents you have assigned to that race are not refunded to you and you can not remove them. Furthermore, they're still spying on the dead race. I had this happen on several games, so to be sure of what was happening, I enabled cheats to do a quick test. I was making a spreadsheet for compairing weapons (x3), armor (x3), and all the support, modules, Atlas items, and hulls. The size mods on most of the stuff seems appropriate (ie. armor takes 6 spots on a tiny and 9 on a huge just due to surface area). The only one that didn't seem logical was the size mods on the weapons. Just as an example (not that I'd ever use the weapon) ** Particle Beam: Size 14 + 10% Size on Tiny Hull : 15 -- Size on Huge Hull: 29 -- B
clone your colony ship, teleport it to next to the planet, then colonize them.
For those getting link errors, it appears the links to the forum posts have changed. example: The Mars Effect link: https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/editpost/?forumid=443&aid=301007 gives a 404 error. but if you delete the " editpost/?forumid=443&aid= " and make it as: https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/301007 Then the link works.
