I like the start menu - very artistic! The windows frame, title care are all amazing still. I just don't like the buttons for the skin. I would not come close to saying the skin has completely ruined. The tittle bar is too simple for the skin. The skin would look nice if the tittle bar looks more like the top of start menu. The min, max, close , are also too simple for a Halo skin.
