Without knowing what your problem was, or what you did to trigger it, it's hard to say whether or not it's been fixed . . . The only recent Win7-specific bug that I can recall was with regards to the auto-login setting; and that just didn't work properly, it didn't break anything else.

Depending on the ad served by the network, it might not be necessary to click on them - that's what makes browser exploits so dangerous. Many have embedded code of some kind, and if they can activate a vulnerable component . . . The solution is not to allow the vulnerability, as otherwise any page you visit is potentially dangerous.
I suspect this was embedded in an ad, as I'm not seeing anything on the pages themselves (though there were a few pages of spam). That would be the easiest way to spread it. If you can identitfy the specific ad in use that would help a lot as we could then report that. Alternatively, if it was on a particular page, it would be good to know that (perhaps it was a false positive; we do have some pages relating to scripts). The amusing part is that - currently - Tweak7 is exactly the same program as TweakVista (which is why it free to prior owners), and you should even be able to move a currently-updated copy of TweakVista to a Windows 7 machine and have it work as Tweak7, or vice versa. This may be a solution for those in this situation until we figure out a solution to downloading and archiving copies that are not for that operating system. Actually, you can use 4GB - and more - in 32-bit Windows. After all, Windows Server 2003 does up to 64GB. The limit is one of licensing, and can be patched out with a test kernel: http://greenreaper.livejournal.com/98724.html There may be issues with particular drivers or hardware that cause this to fail on certain systems. However, it worked fine for me.

At the time, I believe the same trial detection key was used. A future trial should use a different key. If you want to uninstall something on XP, the appropriate method is Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs. Running third-party software to do so is a recipe for trouble.
No, the space to the left is also a disabled slot. Not that I've ever seen anyone use them for their intended purpose - or at all.
There have been some issues with the XML files controlling the installation. Check back in an hour or so, the problems should hopefully be fixed by then. :)
Congratulations - you've found a bug! TweakVista mixes up the checkboxes, displaying the setting for Compound TCP in the ECN checkbox, and vicer versa. However, if you do change a setting, the change will be made to the setting you intended to change, even if it is displayed incorrectly after restarting TweakVista. This will be fixed in the next release of TweakVista.
When TweakVista turns off a service, it stops it and converts its start type to Manual (aka "demand start"; not Disabled). This occurs here when I uncheck the "DHCP client" checkbox in the Advanced tab of TweakVista. You do need to press F5 to refresh the list in Services to see it, if you had the window open before unchecking the service. Windows 7 support is not highly promoted because it is preliminary. We have been burned before on pre-releases. For example, we had to redo all of the default wallpaper-based logons for the RC1 release. XP support [b]is[/b] on the future features list, but it's at a low priority given that there's a fully-featured (if retro) program available. There is no way to do that on Vista using the current version of LogonStudio. Modify the image! ;)
Sounds like you need to copy the Install.LOG file from the Program Files\Stardock\LogonStudio directory to somewhere like C:\Windows where it can find it. Failing that, try reinstalling it and then uninstalling it.
The context menu applies to all logons, though you can't save or delete the built-in ones (these functions do not make sense for them). Dragging and dropping logons and pictures to the main window (and logons from the window) should continue to work. As a bonus, we have provisional support for Windows 7 in this build, including its wallpapers. Those who preferred the Windows 7 Beta wallpapers can copy the files from \Windows\Web\Wallpaper in a a Windows 7 Beta instal
We believe we have fixed the main issue reported here (crash on cancel of game/quit game while trying to connect). This fix will be in the next released update. There may be issues with other root causes that are not fixed; please report these in a separate post if you continue to see problems after the next update.

Exile 3 was a great game. I actually have the source code to it at home (long story). I really got into Blades of Exile, too, but that was about the time I got into programming and also had to concentrate on schoolwork.

If you have serial issues, please talk directly to [email protected]. They can look to see if that particular serial is valid - and if not, start asking our distributor questions. Saying "well I have a serial but it doesn't work" isn't something that can be solved by those here. I would suggest including a scan or photo of your reciept as proof of purchase of the game.
