Here today...gone later today??? in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Hey Everyone, For starters, I'm not complaining (there's enough of that). I made a dock background submission a couple of days ago and it was listed in my skins, and now its gone. I do realize it wasn't great and that it takes 5 days to await approval. I was wondering what happend??? I do realize I need practice as I do plan on submitting others of better quality. I was hoping for some feed-back so I can get better and half as good as you guys. <b

objectdock...png or others in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

hey everyone, I have a question about creating docks for objectdock. Do the graffix have to be in .png format or will other formats work??? I tried a dock from a jpeg and it didnt work, but I changed it to a .png and it worked but the size had to be adjusted, as it was streched. Did I answer my own question??? thanks, Rychian

Icon Packager in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

hello everyone!!!!!! I downloaded an awesome set of icons, "darkness",and am using them with the equally dark "dark aqua" WB skin. I was browsing Deviantart and found a set of "darkness icons" in dark blue,black and dark green. They are identicle to the set I downloaded, but they are not Icon Packager icons, so, I cant use them in Icon Packager, or can I??? is there a way to load them into Icon Packager so they can be applied like the darkness

hello, goto stardock.com and download and install icon packager. install it.find an icon package you like (be sure it's an "icon packager" suite.save it to a folder you can find. open iconpackager.click "install new package". find the icon suite you down-loaded. double click on it.once its in the icon packager window, double click on it. then click the install button. at least it's how it works for me <img src="http://images3.stardock.com/wc/smile

GT3 Analogue clock in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Hi everyone, and congrats on the new found success. I have a small problem with my system. I cant remove the GT3 analogue clock from my desktop.I have right clicked on it and chose remove. no good. I tried to close desktopx manager but it opens the same right click menu as if I'm right clicking the clock. (I chose remove there too).I tried to reboot.Its (the clock) on auto start.I thought I could remove out of my start up menu, but its not listed.

mr. quack, My understanding of the "apply changes" button is to apply changes to the present skin. Did you try the "apply this skin now" button???you may have to do a fresh install of wb5 it should re-install and pick up where you left off. If you had 57 days left, then it should restart at 57 days left.
