I see that you can create teams when starting a new game, will this align AI factions? If so do they need to be same ideology or not? I assume if they are a team they won't attack each other?

Another option I was thinking here (during a design session) was that in the designer you could put some "hover" text (or something else) which indicates the ship it's currently on and the fact it's in use already. That way I don't add it to a ship then go to build said ship only to find out it's already in use on another ship, which I then have to go search for... argh...

The more I play the game the more I think this would be a great benefit. Too often I try to mentally group planets, especially early in the game, though when "idle planet" pops up and I go directly to the planet - forget which group it's in, so I have to exist planet, look at star map, possibly scan about if lots of other planets in area, then go back in and plan/build...

THat would be fine as well. Just some way to see planet layout before hand. If you made it an espionage component then you could put that under the Governance tree, could be some cool additions. In Sid Meyer's CIV Bert you can get spies, rank them up, recruit new ones, steal tech, resources, etc. Would add a whole new line of attack... would be cool.

It would be a nice feature when in the ship designer to have name drop down while saving ship. Basically when I go to type in the name it brings up list of "similar" named ships, so I can more easily overwrite another model or that I don't overwrite other than getting the box that says - overwrite.

Ok, it would be nice if we could add custom ship groups? though maybe we can through mods? For example I have created what I call my diplomatic fleet, while most are in Support, others fall into the different categories. Not that I make a lot of these "fleets" but would be nice to have these ships grouped. If there is a way to mod this, can someone give me some tips and I can try to look into it.

What would be nice is a sensor component which allows you to view planets layout/grid remotely. This would assist a little in your invasion strategy. Yeah your likely to take over all planets, but often I am looking for specific planet layout. For example does one planet have more "military" buffs than a neighboring planet, if so I would like to target that one first.

It would be nice if you could convert a starbase over to another type with some carry over. For example when I first start attacking things I usually create either Culture bases or Military. But then after I settle the area, I want/need economic bases and often I've put a lot into the existing bases to keep the safe (all the military (non-military) base upgrades. It would be nice if you could carry those over, and/or even get som

Ok, two bordering nations that I have known most of the game (at least 100 turns) which are next to each other. The one asks me to go to war with the other otherwise he is going to be destroyed... Fine the other has attacked me twice and I still let him live. Now the 3rd time I want to wipe him out but figure I would let the AI do it, so I go and ask the faction which asked me to go to war with them and they are not even on the "Declare War on" list... If an AI

Some issues with fixes: When I change from "All/Core/User/Downloaded" it resets the tool sub collections (to expanded), That is if I collapse Small/Medium because I'm looking at large then change from All to Downloaded (because I know I downloaded what I'm looking for) it re-expands Small/Medium and I either have to scroll back down or re-collapse. It would be nice if the system remembered where I last left the "sub-collection" expanded or collapsed. Also remember
