heh back then when i was actallying making skins i used a wide varity of tools. bryce ( yep rendered borders, etc ) PS ( mainly for editing but i made one purely from that ) paint.exe ( mostly editing but win2 is purely from it )

actally wb do lot of things but one thing wb dont do is patch windows files. also msstyles is ms's properity format and i dont see wb using it either. suppose ms updated that dll for some readson ie: explolt found for some reason and fixed, stylesxp users would be stuck out open till they get new dll from stylesxp company. how about people still using different oses like xp rc1? probily not really combiable.

hmm one thing id like to have is animated design on desktop... dermels were very nice but dont work with xp very well. for example would be a ( for example ) a very nice view of island with water animating and crashing upon island and etc. even sometimes storms. ( it could connect to weather site to get data on current weather )

hey shog! heh hows life treating ya? sure l0c is wrong to use "nazi" but people is also wrong to flame him so heavily. the road goes both ways. 2 wrongs dont make a right. whatever the saying goes. as of rights this website is ran by company. like i said up there its a dictorshop. now, thats not a bad word ( expecially dictorship called wincustomize heh )

yeah. btw im not exactly "guiltless" bec i got serial for winzip ( before i changed to freeware version ) but i agree to last 2 posts, they just dont see corps as people at all. they see em as faceless being that oppress and try to make profit. ( btw thats same reason why people bash microsoft )

hm usually small size picture uses less resources but more cpu ( tiling pictures.. ) but not so much that full screen is better. but with nowdays computers its moot point. currently im using a tiled legos wallpaper.
