just installed it. it works a bit faster then wmp 10. although I don't like the new look because it's soooooo black and dark otherwise the library view is very cool and easy to navigate.

I tested beta 2 with adobe cs2 applications and office and they all worked fine. what didn't work was dell quickset which is quite an important little application that makes all the extra buttons work on dell laptop keyboards so i decided to go back to win xp. did you try to install the dell quickset in the latets build? I've just bumped into a laser mouse in a computer store and it's more expensive then optical one. Is there actually any difference between them when it comes to daily use. Does the laser mouse work on glass surface as I'm bothered that my optical one does not respond at all on a glass surface.
