Sorry for the large font but I have sight problmes. I am wanting to start making skins but I need a program that is free that works in vista that I can use to help make graphics for skinstudio. I know paint shop pro is good but it is not free the version I have does not work in vista. Please let me know

I would like to get the beta I am legally blind and use windowblinds to make my vista easyer to use. I would love to test it with my screan reader to see if there is a conflict and ease of use. my impulse is show it but it will not let me download.

Is there anyway that people that can not use object desktop can get the beta to test I am legally blind and use windowblinds to make my vista easyer to use. got a question and I dont know if this is the right spot to do it I have already bought windowblinds pro and I am going to buy skinstudio 6 when it comes out of beta (it wont let me buy it now) my stardock central keeps telling me there is an update to skinstudio I have skinstudio 6 v5.96a and it tells me there is a v5.96(b).016 but when I go to update it say your skinstudio professional is invallid but it wont shut up I can not have it set to ignore it (got someone else paying for computer) I w
