Jamie - I haven't watched this (obviously) but two years ago Australian Idol did a Beatles night and THREE of the 7 contestants tripped up on their words and used the excuse "I'm not familiar with any of the Beatles music" Hello?!?!?!? what the?!?! One of them did Chaka Kahn's Work it Out (more like Beyonce then Beatles) another did Zoot's Elenore Rigby and the other did I Saw Her Standing There. The other four did Yesterday (utterly
Okay I'm totally guilty - well not really but my favourite comic books were Archie or more specifically Betty & Veronica/Betty loves Me. And I haven't read one of those for over 10years. But I did enjoy Batman Begins and Xmen 2.not that i actually believe they have alot to do with the actual comics you only have to look at how they screwed up Inspector Gadget to know that.
Hey IG wonderful to see you back. Although there's been a few changes around here and lots of happenings (news!!! checkout Jill and Texas) I'm sure it won't take you long to find your place again.
This was one of those "Graduation" songs - many highschools from my year (2000)and before used this. My school's "graduation song" was Vitamin C Graduation, but my husbands was Time of Your Life.
Yesterday we went to Kindermusik on the bus and Lady (maroon thomas the tank engine train) came too she got driven over the seats at the bus stop, driven over the seats and walls on the bus she carried it the whole walk to Kindermusik and back and picked her up as soon as the lesson was over . "Doors closing please stand clear mmmmmmmmmmm" Which is of course what th
Can someone explain why Australia "needs" her at the Commonwealth Games and why anyone would think she could play Mother Theresa in a movie about her life??
See I thought about Rove but the language put me off the idea - it would be beeped to all buggery, and would lose it's effectiveness. Whereas they don't care on the ABC. Think yourself lucky I've seen it once and it freaked me out! Now everytime I hear the beginning about to start (Dad can't get the BBQ to work "What's wrong with it Dad?" son and dad go for drive to get gas...) I turn the tv off
Oh dear Kenny. I haven't heard any controversary about that ad - I've seen the ad I thought it was good. They want to talk about controversial ads what about that speeding one when the dad kills the pedestrian mother out with her young baby and they show the blood splattered screaming baby. I hate that ad. You're very clever though - you should send that to the chasers war on everything.
She learnt Ganpa (granpa) over the weekend and I should add that Natanee, Gan and Scruckky sound like that (Natalie, Gran & Scruffy) the rest sound how they're supposed to. Also she added H to her ABCs and we counted all the way to 20 (with help) a few days ago.
She's almost 27months now. (on march 6) I posted about a month ago with a massive update about what she was doing - Link Guess everyone missed it Thanks everyone glad to see you here.
Elana - ABC? Mummy - You want to do your ABC? Elana - A (aye) Mummy - A Elana - B (bee) Mummy - B Elana - C (see) Mummy - C Elana - F (eff) Mummy - D Elana - F Mummy - E Elana - F Mummy - F Elana - G (gee) Mummy - G Elana -
I would put Holy Grail above Life of Brian in my top 100 but I'm really happy to see Princess Bride and impressed to see Serenity. I wonder how this list was compiled. Anyway I bolded the movies I own and deleted the movies I haven't seen. 1. The Shawshank Redemption * 3. The Fellowship of the Ring * 6. Pulp Fiction * 7. The Return of the King * 10. The Matrix * 15. Raiders of the Lost Ark 16. Gladiator 18. The Lord of
I've attempted to write something twice now and each time it gets wiped somehow so we're trying again one last time. Elana is now 26months and the last time I wrote was her birthday - alot has happened, so this will be long. The surprise present Elana made for her grandparents was a plate - Nana's was blue and Grans was pink and they each had a
We don't have a wal-mart in Australia and by the time it came down to $15 at kmart/target/big w it would have already been out for 18months or more. And who could wait that long!! Believe it or not $29 is cheap for new releases here
[dynamaso] I've been gagging to see 'Serenity' but it still hasn't come out here on DVD yet FEBRUARY!!!!!!!! Pre-orders are now for $29.98 (jb) $29.83 (ezydvd) for $33 you can get the limited edition tin but I'm planning on ordering from JB HiFI because I like the cover better then the ezydvd one.
I'm so jealous. Tickets went on sale here about a month ago for a "one night only" concert they're doing in March. They sold out within the hour - and we didn't get tickets. Silver reserved seating tickets were really reasonable at them time (the number escapes me) and even gold wasn't that far out of reach but they were completely sold out. Got on to e-bay to see what was around - there were literally 100's of listing people selling 2, 4, 6
That is fantastic news. I too remember you talking about wanting another and have been waiting for this blog and I have to say I'm a little jealous (we're talking but not trying) Congratulations I pray everything continues to go well really really happy for you (both of you really I remember putting two & two together a long time ago now can't remember w
Not brilliant we fought almost daily from the ages of 16-20 then I moved out so we fought less but it's changed so much since I became a mother myself. She doesn't like my husband and she makes me feel like she thinks thats I think I'm the only person in the world to ever had children. She's argued with me about my wanting my daughter (under 2 years old at the time) to be carried across the road not walking, she had a half hour lon
sounds like a rehashing of Angel but I haven't heard this song

I Loved the remake of this movie it starred Charles Bronson as Church and Richard Thomas as Virginia's father. It's my favourite Christmas movie and I only wish they still showed it at Christmas.
Last night I couldn't sleep combination of 30degree heat, worrying about Elana being too hot or too cold and yeah stuff and being excited about Elana's birthday. I woke up at 5:30am then again at 5:55am and again at 6:10am and each time Nick and Elana were both still asleep -- unusual for everyone (I'm the one who needs to be woken and forced out of bed) A
