Same here but my friend can play and log in still and he has the beta patch.
i have the same problem after trying the new beta patch, i tried restarting and even changing it but it is not taking my new or old one.
well i got the beta patch and after a fatal error i can not log in anymore i tried changing it under Community > account > login but the new one does not work either.
Well this beta patch seems to have made things worse for me then they already were. First try game crashed. Second try friend couldn't connect. Third try Game kept saying it was full when it only was 2/7 and when i finally did get in and alt tabbed i got a fatal error. Fourth try well i couldn't even log in, said my password was invalid. Okay, so i tried changing my password/username in community > Account > Login and i still can't log into it.
my friends and i kept getting a message popup every like 5 seconds during the game. Something about dysnc. got to the point were we just quite. hard to play with a pop up coming up were you have to click okay before you can do stuff in the game again.
I would run, screaming like a little girl if i see a bee or wasp or anything flying that can sting me......[e digicons]8O[/e]

Mine was when i first got into a game. It looks amazing and was a lot of fun to play. so far i enjoy playing Oak, Rook and Torch guy(forgot the rest of his name). i love their abilities and how they sound.
I never played Dota, but i thought the game was pretty easy to get into, I don't think there was any confusion. just put the game on easy and take your time when you try out a new general. The Health bars i didn't know about that but i think it would just get in the way i just mouse over my target to see their health. I think generals are fun i like playing as Oak. You get more units then the ones you get from idols. If you spec for it, i usually go for the spirits torwards the end i will hav

hey for the marza when its missles hit another ship there is this big explotion. is there a way to remove it? it gets in my way of viewing the battle on top of that it doesn even damage the ships around it so that graphical enhancment is kinda usless to me.

I noticed the marza capital ship looks differn't in this mod. anyway to undo those changes for the original races. i like playing the tec but i don't like their new look.

err i extract the files into the mods folder, i delete the old version first. The patch i just extracted onto desktop and just moved all the files in the correct folder replacing the old version files. after i loaded the game go to options and then mods to enable it and set it so that it loads when i load the game. i also exit and enter the game again after that. settings are all on max and i play on 1920x1200 i tried playing only on a small random map normal setting normal ai. tried bo

Damn it this is getting very frustrating, i was looking forward to playing this mod but am not sure it is worth the effort now. I keep crashing in the first few minutes of the game. I have tried playing with original races and turned pirates off. Nothing seems to work. I have the mod in the correct location and i have aplied the patch. i have it check to start up when the game loads, my specs are on page 25. If you need more info please let me know and how to find it so i can get this
