Desktop X problem

When i install a new dsektop x theme I keep getting the message "this doesn't appear to be a valid zip code. Please try again." But whatever zip code I enter I just keep getting the same message. Any ideas????

if it's Aero-XP by Gef, I can't try it = wrong resolution for me
