Hi guys
Im new to all this skinning "stuff ",ordered my subscription,windowblind ,icon packager etc,just run my first icon theme and its changed a good portion of my icons but not all of them,does the package only change certain icons or all of them, if so where do i change the the other icons,when i right click and go to properties of an icon it only shows the windows or apps based icons..

Some Icon Packs have more icons than others. What pack are you trying to use?

Thanks for the welcome ,, i can see its gonna be a long uphill road for u guys,currently using icons called " rusty rooster new " thing like nero , dvd shrink, decrypter dont get there icon changed, is there anway round it ,,,Many thanks for the support and i hope i wont to big a pain in the rear for you guys

Individual application icons are set by the writter of that piece of software, you can change them manually, but Icon Packager doesn't touch them
