v3.1 + Windows x64 = not working!

Hi,

I can NOT get IconPackager 3.1 Enhanced to even run on my Windows x64 PC.

The IconPackager.exe refuses to run and the IconPackager64.exe pops up with an error box stating: "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the app may fix this problem."

Reinstalling does not fix the problem.

Help Please

I have the same problem. Only i don't get an error message. It installs fine, but when i want to run the app, nothing happens. I also have an x64 system. I tried a clean install of xp x64, so there are no apps interfering with IP, but no go. What's wrong?? This way it's a waste of money.

Well folks, I don't know about version 3.1, but my 2.50 Enhanced wouldn't change icons for any 64-bit shell components, and I guess 3.1 doesn't support that either.
So I have a question to developers: is such a support being planned to implement in near future, and what version should I expect to have that feature?

What version and build (check Help > About) of SDC are you using to download and install IP? Please be sure you are using the latest version as SDC now installs the required runtime files first, before then installing the main application.
