Invading Alien Planets

In the OS/2 game when you invaded Alien Planets you got to Steal their Technology. I have not played as a Marmonger often but this does not seem to happen on the windows version.

I think there had been a promise many months ago that this would be in the game but I have not yet seen it. Maybe in build 4?
